Aaron Finch As A Test Opener Is He The Right Option???
Australia will take on India in the first Test match of the 4 test match series on 6 December in Adelaide.
The Australian team is more than likely to open the innings with Young Marcus Harris and more experienced Aaron Finch but is Finch the right option for opening the batting???
Finch bats in the middle order for his state team victoria in the Sheffield Shield cricket and also he is not in good form after the test series against the Pakistan in UAE he hasn’t scored much runs so Is he the right option to open the batting for Australia playing against India in Australia.
In Australia the Kookaburra ball moves around in the initial overs after that the ball becomes soft and it doesn’t moves much and we all know that Aaron Finch is not a good batsman when it comes to face Seam or swing bowling so why push him to the top of the order to open the batting when the balls moves the most rather have him down the order batting at number 6 where he can bat freely and play his shots from the word go.
For us Finch should bat in the middle order.
