Former Australian fast bowler Ryan Harris wants the Australian selectors to bring Peter handscomb back in the test side to face India in the four test match series.
At the moment the Australian batting is struggling in every format of the game whether it is T20 cricket, ODI cricket or Test cricket especially in Test cricket where you have to bat for longer period of time and the current Australian batsman hasn’t been able to done this us from a long time since Steve Smith and David Warner were banned in the third test match in South Africa earlier this year in March.
Speaking to SEN Radio the former Australian fast bowler said that Handscomb is the one he would like to see in there. He said that Handscomb has done a lot of hard work on his technique and his game and he has gone away and got quite a lot of runs. He made a hundred in Shield cricket and made four or five fifties in a row in JLT, so he is probably one who could potentially come in. Peter handscomb made an impressive start to his test career when he first came in against South Africa in the third test match in Adelaide in 2016 but couldn’t quite keep his form going in the longest format of the game as the bowler work him out a bit and he found it hard going with his odd technique.
