Rohit Sharma one of the best batsman in the world and probably the second best batsman in limited overs cricket after Virat Kohli is not a part of Indian test squad as Indian selectors probably doesn’t believe in his abilities in test cricket.

He last played a test match for India in South Africa where he doesn’t get too many runs and was dropped after two test matches whereas in South Africa no batsman other than Virat Kohli scored anything substantial but only he was dropped from the side after that tour he hasn’t been included in Indian test squad but the Indian selectors should select him in the test squad for the Australian series.

He is a player who plays short ball really well he is a good puller of short ball which is necessary to get success in Australia as if you don’t play short ball well then you are just a sitting duck on bouncier and pacy pitches of Australia so instead of trying a new player Indian team should play Rohit Sharma as the no.6 batsman in Australia.
